It just shut down!

“The computer is f***ed. It just won’t work.”

That’s the kind of trouble call I usually get. Not very helpful most of the time. But sometimes it is dead accurate. The user will be working away and *blink*….the computer shuts off. Panic ensues. Try to turn it on. Check all the cords. Curse a few times.
